I had a pair of arch supports made for me by an Orthopedic Surgeon years ago which work very well until they fell apart from wear and tear. I now have purchased 2 orthotics from Corefit and I have to admit that work very, very well. I can walk a very long way without aching in my back and hips. I recommend them.

Bought these about 9 months ago. From the very beginning it helped dramatically with my plantar fasciitis. I put them in every shoe I wear and can walk all day without pain. I even run and do triathlons in them. I almost bought essentially the same thing from a foot specialist for over $350. Glad I didn’t waste my cash. Fitting is easy. They can make your shoes squeak, but I found some baby powder takes care of that. Definitely worth the money.

Most relief I’ve had in a long time. Until my feet adjusted they were uncomfortable but once they did I have to say I enjoying work a whole lot more. Worth the cost, and I can’t imagine how they would ever wear out. Highly recommend to anyone with high arches

Would buy again. Did not take care of my problem entirely (heel pain), but certainly did help while wearing sneakers while nothing else had. Tried lots of other ortho insert products too,but this one was the only one that gave me some relief.

    :

I just received these a couple of days ago. I finally got around to molding them yesterday and I have to say, I love them!! They are super comfy. I am currently wearing them in my high heels at work. I have extremely high arches…to the point where I have tendonitis in my feel because my feel pronate so bad from the high arches. My doctor wanted to make custom orthotics, but at $400, I was trying to find a less expensive alternative. I have tried many different inserts in my shoes but none compare to these. I believe the difference is that these are a hard plastic and not a soft foamy kind, which for me, don’t give enough support. I can wear a soft, foamy type of insert and still have 1/2 inch of “space” between my arch and the insert. With these inserts, they fill up all of the space in my abnormally high arches. Although it is taking a bit to get used to the feeling of the space being filled, I have to admit, it feels very good. I love that I can put these in my heels, sandals, sneakers, etc…can’t wait for boot season now!! I will probably get another pair when I can swing it and have a spare…and I will definitely recommend these to my mom, who has the same issue. These are great. So glad I found them and took a chance on buying them.

Based on reviews I read, I purchased these for my 13 year old son who has had plantar faciatis off and on while playing sports. We followed the instructions & they have been terrific! I will be ordering a couple more for him to put it his golf shoes and baseball spikes.

I got these for my husband whose has very high arches and they are constantly hurting. He has tried many different inserts and never can find one that works. He is extremely happy with these. They look like they would be uncomfortable because there is nothing soft about them. They are like a hard plastic but when you walk with them, he said it’s amazing how good they feel.

You do have to mold them using hot water but it was quick and easy. My husband gives them 5 stars!

These are amazing. I had started to have the beginnings of plantar fasciitis, I am sure, due to going from no exercise (ever!) to walking nearly 2-miles a day (got a dog!). I could barely stand on my feet when I first got up in the morning. I did several things in the beginning (ibuprofen, some kind of a gizmo to keep my foot in “neutral” position while in bed, etc.) but also got these and put them in my walking shoes.

I quit doing the other things after a week or so, but kept using these inserts. My feet quit hurting. I really credit them with solving the problem. I like that they are inserts. I now put them in whatever shoes I am wearing. I never bothered with “heat molding” them. Just used them “as is,” and they work fine. Feel a little weird when I wear my boots with slightly higher heels, but heat from foot takes care of it after a little while.

I highly recommend these. Would definitely tell my friends, and have, to get them…

I fit this pair to my feet today and already feel a tremendous difference. My gait has improved. I am not hobbling. My hips are not taking so much stress.

The size seems accurate. I wear size 7.5 shoe generally and ordered a 7. The fitting process took care of a slightly narrow feeling on the outside of my foot.

I really feel like I will regain my mobility thanks to these inserts!

These felt very hard to walk on the first few minutes, but after walking around for a bit I no longer noticed them. They give great support, and were easy to mold in a short time. Happy with this purchase!

    :

I’ve been using these inserts for a few months now, but they’re no more help than without them. They actually hurt my plantars fasciitis more because they are hard plastic. When you first mold them, it feels good but as the mold becomes less stable, you start to feel the pain again. The one good thing is that they are moldable. I’ll have to keep searching for something that eventually helps the plantars ailment.

    :

These have helped dramatically! I still have pain but I wear these all day and they allow me to work (on my feet) all day. I put them on as soon as I get out of the shower and dress. I wear some foot sleeves/compression socks in the evening when I want a break from shoes. I stretch calves and use a nubby rubber ball to roll over as well. These orthotics are the most helpful though!

I have found this product easy to set to my (flat) feet and that it works quite well. It does what is is supposed to do, give your feet support so that they hurt less. I have two pairs. They compare well with “Good Feet” which cost a few hundred more

    :

My left heal has been hurting me for over a year now, went to the doc and he confirmed my suspicion “Plantar Fasciitis” So I thought I try these things out. After wearing them for over 2 months, all I can say is my heal no longer hurts and in fact its getting better and better. The first few days of wearing these things I felt as if I was on stilts. But in time I guess my feet slowly have molded or shifted into these things. I did follow the directions out of the box and the bottom line for me is they work. NO MORE PAIN! (BTY a few months ago I walked into a Happy Feet Plus Store.
They wanted over $300.00 for what looks to me like the same thing.

I’ve been wearing expensive (and some cheap) orthotics for the last 20 years. This one is a great bargain for about a tenth of the price for a Podiatrist-made Orthtic. You will certainly need to follow instructions, put it in boiling water and soften it, then put it against your socked foot and press against your foot using a towel. Remember, you need to shape it to your foot and create the curve you need.
I’ve had it in my sneakers for many months. I think I need to reboil the thing and remold it. But have not had foot pain wearing sneakers with these orthotics inside. I wear size 13 EE to EEEE New Balance sneakers and even though this was not recommended for wide feet it works great

    :

These fit my feet wonderfully. At first I was angry and thought it hurt but after the first 5 minutes on only the first two days, my feet molded to the nice arch. I love it and keep them in my hiking boots. So may places like REI say to just get the superfeet. But I find those do nothing for people like me with a high arch. Now I can hike to Half Dome and back from the valley floor in one day without a pain at all. Love these and they beat custom made ones. I will order more for sure. If you don’t like them at first, give them a chance. REALLY. You will be glad you did. None of those little wrap around silicon or rubber ones work nearly as good. They move around and get in the wrong place and then that hurts.

I was training to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro and ended up with multiple pinched nerves in both of my feet. The podiatrist said that “it’s one of those things you have to wait out.” I went through MULTIPLE inserts and theses were the only ones that helped with the pain. Within 30 min of wearing these the pain stopped! I’ve been hiking with these things in and they’ve been a life saver for me. Own two pairs of inserts now.

I purchased corefit insoles because i have been experiencing 5th metatarsal pain and I have high arches. I’ve tried many different brands of orthotics and actually had custom insoles from a orthopedic doctor made for me and they caused more pain than relief not to mention they cost $200-$400 dollars. My experience with corefit insoles is that they specifically to your foot and that is important when you are wearing them with all kinds of different shoes. They were really easy to mold so you can reshape them over and over again. I experience different pain in each foot and this is also an important factor with corefit. The pain and discomfort has lessened on my right foot and completely diminished on my left foot where i was experiencing pain in my metatarsal. I definitely recommend them because the are totally worth it

    :

Just received mine tonight. Molding them was pretty easy. But I will emphasize the importance of molding it ALL THE WAY AROUND THE FOOT. People tend to concentrate on the arch and metatarsals and forget the outer aspect of the foot. As a result you get a wider insert once in dries because it wasn’t properly molded to “hug” the outer edge of the foot. I did that the first few times then finally my mom (who actually makes custom insoles for a living) molded them the right way and told me I was neglecting the outer part. I have VERY sore feet so it might take a while for the inflammation and tenderness to go away but I already feel more comfortable with them in my shoes.

    :

Works well for sneakers or lace up shoes- not too good on slip on shoes. It was a little weird dumping them in hot water and all- but it worked and they work!

I have flat feet, narrow heels, wide toe box and plantar faschitis. These are hard as a rock arch supports that work similar to my 10 year old $500 ones.

    :

After a few weeks with these in my work shoes I can say these squeak a little bit, but I don’t care: they have improved my left foot and ankle substantially. There’s no longer any pain in my ankle when I wake up, and it pops less. Plantar Fasciitis pain is less. I used to have large, painful cracks in my heel, sometimes to the point of bleeding. Now it’s just a big callus that I can work on scraping off slowly with a Pedegg and some lotion.

My wife has plantar fasciitis so I purchased these in attempt to help relieve some of her foot pain. The product came is some nice packaging with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. You boil some water, drop the insoles in the boiling water for 15 seconds, remove the insoles and let them cool down for about 30 seconds, then form to the appropriate foot. It seems that having someone else help shape the insole onto the foot would be easier than having to do it yourself, but this can still be shaped to the foot by yourself.

We’ve tried many insoles/heel inserts that claim to help with plantar fasciitis, however, we haven’t found very many products that have worked successfully. Thankfully, this product HAS helped. You can definitely feel the extra support this product offers compared to stock products you buy from Walgreens or other convenience stores. Shaping these insoles to every arch in your foot really allows this product to put other competing products to shame.

My wife has wide feet and this product still worked just fine for her. They are very easy to transfer from shoe to shoe. If the product starts to lose it’s shape (which I’m not sure if it will or not, we haven’t had the product for that long), it seems that simply reboiling them to reshape them would be an easy fix.

I did receive this product at a discount for my honest review, however, I would definitely purchase this product at full value. I would also recommend this product to anyone with plantar fasciitis. Don’t keep spending money on the cheaper products, spend a little bit more to get a custom fitting insole that you won’t regret.

These arrived not too long ago. I saught these out because I have issues with pronation and a flat arch. But I also have bunions which cause me foot and back pain. I was really interested in the fact that you can mold these yourself. I wasn’t quite sure what to think of that it first! When they arrived I tried them on my feet and they were a bit too narrow for me, this was something I was hoping to fix when I molded Them. I put them in the hot water and set them aside on a paper towel and went ahead and started molding with another paper towel because it was still hot. When it cooled off I just did the molding with my hands. I adjusted it around my foot and widened the insert quite a bit. I also put my foot on the ground inside of it even though the directions don’t say to do this. This helped me see how it fit while it was still warm and change areas that were still A little bit tight. I put them inside my sketchers tennis shoes that I use at the hospital and they fit very snug and stretched out the fabric on the sides just a little bit, this is not something I’m worried about though. I tried them on and walked around and honestly, they were amazing. I’m not sure if my foot will get aggravated where the insert stops on the ball of my foot, but I will update to see how this goes. I’m going to be wearing them for a 12 hour shift tomorrow so I will see then! I wasn’t sure if I should order an eight or a nine as I can’t know where both. I ordered an eight though and they were able to be widened a little bit so they weren’t too small. Ordering a nine would’ve been just fine too though. So when in doubt order up. I’m looking forward to using these!

I have watched my husband suffer from plantars fasciitis. He has a variety of orthotics which seem to work in varying degrees. We went to a famous orthotic store and they wanted over $1200 for the product. I have now started to notice pain in my feet and I sure don’t have $1200 to spend. I ordered the Corefit Podiatrist Grade Custom Moldable Orthotics for Plantar Fasciitis to see if they would be helpful to me. The orthotics are easily moldable to your feet. You simply dip them in hot water and let them mold to your foot. I wear a size 6 ½ and I ordered the size 7 for proper fit. Once the Corefit Podiatrist Grade Custom Moldable Orthotics for Plantar Fasciitis were molded, I put them in my favorite pair of shoes and tested them out. The first couple of days, my foot had to get used to them but I noticed with time, my foot pain has eased up quite a bit and I expect the longer I wear them the better it will be.

I really like these. They almost fit perfect without molding. They were super easy to mold to my feet….only really needed it just after the arch. I have Plantar Fasciitis and these really help. They are way more affordable than the ones my Dr office had fitted for me and they make my feet feel way better.

Corefit Orthotics Firm Custom Plantar Fasciitis & High Arch Supports, Heel Spur & Back Pain Relief (Heat Moldable, Rigid 3/4 Length Orthotics) Women’s 9. Upon receipt of these I did a little more online research. I wanted to make sure that I was molding them correctly. I have to admit there was quite a learning curve and it took me several attempts to get them to fit properly. Once that was done I chose a pair of walking shoes to make these a home. I have since been using them on my daily walks and in the beginning they were a little uncomfortable and took some getting used to. However I will say that now my feet could not be happier. My heel pain is subsiding. And I am pleased with the support that these are giving my arches.

Finally an insert for plantar fasciitis that really helps.

Great product! Some of my earlier purchases for plantar fasciitis turned out worthless, but this one really works for me. After a minute in boiling water, they were ready to mold to the bottom of my foot. They fit well in my shoes, and they’re the perfect cushion for my feet. I wish I had known about these *before* the pain began. A word of warning, though. Everything I’ve tried for plantar fasciits relief was highly rated on Amazon, yet with mixed results for me. So it seems what works for one person may not work for the next. So please take this review with a grain of salt! It may be best to ask a podiatrist before investing in expensive items like these.

I would recommended this to anyone that has feet problems to give …
I have flat feet which causes cause my ankles protrude and therefore making me hunch over. This has helped me stand straighter and longer. I would recommended this to anyone that has feet problems to give it a try first. I’ve gone to a podiatrist and got a similar product for a much HIGHER price and basically its the same thing.

    Thank you Corefit!!!

    immediate relief for fallen arches

I have only just started using these orthotics but already I feel a difference in my posture. Too early to give a full review but I will update later with long term opinion. So far so good. Product seems to work as advertised.

    Weird but works!

I have a high arch so it is difficult to find inserts that fit my foot properly. The benefit of these is that you can mold them to fit your specific shape. It makes a big difference when you are able to get the necessary support. These are a bit strange to properly mold. The process is straightforward and it is fairly easy to do. It was just my first time using this sort of thing so it felt a bit weird. I do like that you can reset them if you get the fit wrong. That way you can make sure you get the best fit. These have given me a good bit of relief and I was surprised how well they work considering how hard they feel. It turns out that those soft inserts were working against me. These gave me the support I needed. I am happy with them.

    :

Very cool product at a great price

I had my doubts about this working, but it really did. The orthotic fits me perfectly. The only thing downside is that the orthotic is slippery, like most orthotics, so my foot moves around when I have socks or knee highs on. I wonder if that would not be a problem if the orthotic was full size. I’d like to see one in full size. But overall, my feet feel fantastic with these. And what a terrific price!

    They Worked For Me

    Will last a lifetime

I am no stranger to orthotics, I even have a $600 pair. At first I thought the hard material would be uncomfortable and it might be if you don’t mold it properly, but they turned out to be very comfortable. My only problem with the material is that it could get sweaty, so what I did was take out the thin cushion in my shoe and place it over the orthotic. Perfect. I had to reheat them a few times to get them just right. You’ll know after walking on them for a bit if they need to be redone. The 3/4 length is so useful for being able to move these around into different shoes. With other full length orthotics, you sometimes have to trim them to get them to fit. Also, because of the hard material, you don’t have to worry about odors permeating into the orthotic. I’ve always had a problem with orthotics over time absorbing odors that you end up having to put them in the washing machine to really get them clean. Of course, that degrades them after a few times, but not with these. I should end up having these forever, even if my foot changes shape which actually happens to me due to rheumatoid arthritis

Thse helped my wife a little with what we believe is Plantar Fasciitis

My wife has been having quite a bit of foot pain for quite some time and we have been searching for anything that might help. Based on what we read on Dr. Google about her symptoms it seemed like she has Plantar Fasciitis so we purchased a number of items to attempt to deal with it… these inerts were one of the items we purchased. I don’t know anything about Plantar Fasciitis or how long it takes to heal so I don’t want to knock the product for not fixing it because my wife has been using these for a couple weeks now and has seen some relief… but the problem has not gone away so she is heading to a podiatrist to get things looked at. She told me that these inserts did help her relieve the pain somewhat so I’ve giving them 3 stars. Again, I want to be fair to the product since it did offer some relief although after a couple weeks of use she is still in some pain. The devices are easy to mold… you just drop them in boiling water for a minute or so and then take them out with tongs, let them cool a bit, and then press them to the shape of your foot. We found it easiest for my wife to sit in a chair and let me mold the orthotics to her foot for her rather than her doing it but I’m sure you could do it yourself. The only thing that surprised us a bit about the product was how hard the inserts were. These are not soft cushioned inserts… they are more like hard plastic with a little bit of give to them. Again, to be fair to the product that might be exactly how they are supposed to be for there purpose… we were just surprised since we expected them to be sort of softer. After wearing them for one day my wife was wondering if she should keep wearing them but she decided to give them a couple weeks and after doing so did see some gradual improvement. That all said, she is setting up an appointment to go see a podiatrist to have her condition examined.

Great insole for people suffering with PF

Bought this about a month ago after starting a new job which requires me to walk in between 6-10 miles a day. After my 3rd day on the job I started having a bad case of plantar fasciitis on my left foot. By the end of the day I could barely walk. Ordered this and I could feel the difference the next time I went to work again. My feet still hurts by the end of the work day, but I can walk and the pain is bareable. Without this insole I wouldn’t be able to do my job. Molding was easy as I followed the instructions to the t. I recommend this insole to anyone with plantar fasciitis. Great product!

    Gift purchase 😀

My mom had been having (vague, unspecified, yet dire) issues with her custom shoe inserts, and this had gotten to the point where how much her feet hurt was coming up constantly in conversations. So I decided poke around online and see what other types of shoe inserts were available. I bought a pair of these and talked her into trying them out.

I was pretty surprised that they seemed to be hard plastic (was this seriously going to be comfortable?). The directions that came with them were clear and faily simple to follow. So I boiled some water, dropped them in, set the timer, then lifted them out with a pair of kitchen tongs. Fitting them on her feet was a bit weird because it didn’t feel like the plastic was really moving, so we got a bit overenthusiastic with pressing it against her foot. After about a week, she said that the underside edge was cutting into the bottom of her foot. Oops.

The directions say that they can be reboiled, so she dangled the problem edges in boiling water and smoothed them out — no more problem. So a few months later, she says that so far they’ve been great — comfortable under her feet, walking is less of an issue, and she’s really happy with them. She also likes that she’s been able to port them to different shoes. I’m relieved that I managed to get something genuinely useful.

I would give this 10 stars!

First I wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9, fits great.
I have tried (what feels like) every over the counter insert orthotic available and they don’t even come close to making my feet (mainly my left) feel better. These are bananas awesome!!! The boiling thing was so easy and the instructions are very clear. I wore these the first day to pick up kids from school (not very far) and when I got home I didn’t need to take my shoes off or sit down for a minute. It was so strange that my feet didn’t hurt. Over the next couple of days my feet got better and better. My left heel normally brings me to tears to rub it at the end of the day and it feels so much better now. I’m not even joking! On a scale of 1 to 100 (1-feet hurt super bad, 100- no pain at all), I’d say my feet are now at a 90. My feet feel bruised probably residual inflammation, but they get better everyday. I will be ordering my husband some because he whines about his feet hurting. I have told every hobbling/lumping person I’ve seen or met about these! Try them 🙂

    Great Solution

I consider myself to be a fairly active person. Almost everyday I take a walk with my dog. Then later on in the day I do my daily run with my girlfriend. All those movement had caused stress on my feet and my podiatrist recommend a expensive solution. I almost sprinted for it until I came across this slip. Thankfully, this was one of the best purchases I made. No more pain and stiffness and plus my wallet isn’t taking a beating. Thoroughly happy with the results and continue to use them to this day.

    Works great… replaced $500 arches

I purchased the orthotics in early July and held off rating until I had a chance to were them for weeks. After wearing them constantly since I purchased them, I am very satisfied with the product. The arches arrived rapidly and were easy to customize to my feet. The arches have eliminated my foot pain associated with a flat, pronated, arthritic foot. I have switched over to these arches and put aside my custom $500 arches.

    Amazing moldable inserts!

I have plantar fasciitis and am always on the hunt for inserts, compression socks or anything that may provide relief. These inserts are true to size. What’s better is that the product is pliable once you put it in boiling water. This allows you to mold them to your feet, so if you have extremely high arches or wide feet, they fit you more accurately. The product feels hard in your hand but once you put it inside your shoe you can barely feel it. This is important because some inserts are hard and painful, despite feeling softer. I put these in my tennis shoes to go running and they really helped reduce the expansion of my foot which is what causes me arch pain. They can be removed easily so they can be put in any shoes other than sandals or heels. They really are comfortable and great.

I would definitely buy these again. For the price, they are fantastic because they will last a long time and they are comfortable.

    These orthotics are AMAZING!!

I have very high arches that have fallen with age (mid 50’s) and my feet get so sore.. I have a drawer full of arch supports and foam foot pads, they all did little to nothing for my feet. These are just great, I am a womens sz 10, but I did order a mans 9 because I wanted the wider width. I had a few questions about molding and the CoreOrthotics customer service was excellent !!! I got Darrin, he was very kind and knowledgeable, and happy to help me with all my questions and I’m just thrilled with the results.
I have family members that got professional orthotics and paid $500 for them and I would say these work just as well. The support these orthotics provide is amazing and it was fun to mold myself to the exact places where I needed the support. After a day of walking in them I decided to remold the arch a little higher and I think it’s great to have that option. I felt a difference in my posture immediately and I HIGHLY recommend these orthotics, they are worth every penny !! TY

So Far so good. I assumed they were a full insert–but this is just the heal insole/arch support. They do move around in my big winter boots but they don’t move around in my sneakers. Pretty decent so far, it does hurt to wear at first–so I just wore them for 3 hrs the first day and added like 30 min each day. Feels good now. My arches (I had lots of arch pain prior) are feeling a better. So good so far!

When I wear these in my shoes I do not have any of the pain that I get after being on my feet. Squeaky !

I have high arches in both feet and planar fasciitis in one foot. These relieved much of the pain and tired feet feelings very well for a very affordable price over the cost of custom orthotics. Only thing that really bothers me is the squeaking sounds every time I take a step. This is annoying to me. No sneaking up on anyone while wearing these. I have two pair (for convenience) which I use in different types of shoes and they both SQUEAK!!!!
other than that I am pretty satisfied with the comfort they bring to my feet. They do relieve the constant soreness of both the high arches and the planar fasciitis. Would I recommend these? Yes, but beware of the noise. (Foot powder solves this)

Depends on the shoe for fit. I was surprised that these inserts really are comfortable and work to reduce or stop pain from PF. I walked 4- 5 miles, a different couple days. With these inserted in my Clark Wave Trek shoes and never had any problems. No cramping, no pain during the day or the morning after. I have even tried them in my cowgirl boots and slip-on’s Romeo’s. Not so good in the slip-on’s but more because of the loose fit. I did have to re-form the first foot I attempted but got it right the second time. I have not had the chance to try them out for any length of time with my Sperry Topsiders.

I think the best benefit of these insoles is that you can shape …

I have high arches and metatarsal pain. I have tried sooooo many different kinds of orthotics and was weary of spending so much money on products that really didn’t help. I think the best benefit of these insoles is that you can shape them to your foot. They are easy and quick to mold. I do find that they lose the shape eventually and the support sags, but you can always re-shape them to what you need. This is great when both feet have different arch height needs. I find that if I place a smaller support or piece of foam underneath the middle of the orthotic, it will hold its shape longer. Either way, my pain lessened and they were well worth the price.

Try these first for Plantar Fasciitis. Best thing I have done for mine!!!!

Best thing I have done for my PF. It took me a while to try moldable inserts. Tried special shoes of different kinds supposed to be “like walking on air” etc., spending hundreds of dollars and being continually disappointed by my inability to be on my feet for more than an hour without being in crippling pain. These insoles were sort of a last ditch effort and I truly had little hope of relief from them so they sat for a couple of weeks before I actually molded them for use. Boy was I surprised!!!! Easy to mold and use, they have provided so much relief from my pain! I cannot say I am pain free because my PF is severe but, I can now go shopping with my family and walk with them through several stores without limping or sitting down to wait for them. I bought Sketchers Go Walk shoes and with these inserts, I can wear them all day and walk anywhere I want to without crippling pain from before. I highly recommend them to anyone in my situation. Save hundreds of dollars and crippling pain by trying these first. I am just a consumer, not paid nor coerced by anyone, just a very happy customer.

I am pregnant and recently I have experienced so much lower back pain! I was told it is normal pregnancy posterior pelvic pain. Unfortunately it had gotten so painful that it is starting to effect what I can do including limiting how long I could hold my 1, year old. My husband started having to put her in and our of the carseat for me. It was getting so bad! I know that I have high arches and the tennis shoes I was wearing were not supportive enough, but I honestly didn’t think that insoles could make such a difference!! I got two different insoles for different shoes and within two hours of wearing them my pelvic pain had decreased by 75%. Over the next few days it continued to go down and now a few weeks later I can do everything that I need to do for my family with only an occasional backache. I enjoy going on walks again, and best of all I can still get snuggles with my toddler. I am so pleased with this purchase! I did receive a discount in exchange for an honest review.

After visiting the local foot store and seeing things like this going for hundreds of dollars

My wife suffers from a lot of foot pain and arch problems. After visiting the local foot store and seeing things like this going for hundreds of dollars, we were excited to find these on Amazon for a lot less. I dipped them in boiling water, and then pressed them to her feet, to conform to the shape. It took a few tries to get it just right, but in the end it fit perfectly. The bad news is, after she wore them around for a few days, she determined that they didn’t seem to be doing much, if any, good. She is still wearing them, but she says they are too firm and they need to be softer to be more comfortable.

Easy to mold to my feet, and they work great!

I have had plantar fasciitis for many years. Consequently, I have tried very many inserts for my shoes. I really like these particular inserts because they are he moldable. The instructions for fitting them to your feet are very straightforward. I have been using them in my shoes and have to say I am very pleased! The foot pain I experienced is no longer there, and they were simple to mold into the right position. I would recommend these to anyone that has foot issues, they work as well, or better than other, much more expensive inserts I have gotten directly from the podiatrist.

I bought quite a few over the counter shoe inserts to try to help with my plantar fasciitis. Nothing worked until I tried this product. I am very happy with it. Also, I recommend trying massage on your ankles or the front of your calves if there are sore spots. That also helps with healing.

Does not offer any support to my feet.

I followed the instructions properly, molded them on my feet etc, but they do not offer any support to my feet. The plastic feels stiff and weird. And, they become very cold in my shoes and make my feet freeze as it is winter now. What a waste of money, I wish I could return it.

(Hi Anna, We’re sorry our moldable orthotics didn’t pass the “test drive”. We do, however, offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. We wish you the best in your search for foot pain relief.)

    Arch supports

These work fine. I was hoping for higher arch support across the middle. They are better than others I bought online, trying to avoid the foot doctor fees. A foot doctor measures your feet precisely and custom orders arch supports, but these are standard and have to be formed a bit yourself to match your feet. I heated them up in a pan of water, and was able to shape them to my foot and bend the arch up a little more. I’m happy with the help they give my back, by aligning my arches. Without them, my back aches a lot more when on my feet.

Might Work For You But Did Not For Me

Well made but hard as rock. Maybe good for standing, but impossible for me to wear walking and unthinkable for running or working out.
Fitting was easy – wear socks and use pot holders or if that does not work, put a few layers of waxed paper on the bottom of your feet to hold back the heat while you form the device.

    Not for Me

Sounded like a perfect solution to me–custom molded to my feet. The molding part worked fine, but, even though I bought the right size, they don’t really fit my foot. They are too wide. Granted I have a very narrow, long foot, but their design keeps the width the same for everyone. I figured this out after a few days and it took me several weeks to try them, so I can’t return them–$70 wasted and band-aids on both arches.

    The Best for Plantar Fasciitis

I’ve been dealing with a terrible plantar fasciitis due to a pronation in my foot. I learned the solution to fix the issue in physical therapy, but needed an orthotic to hold my feet in the correct position, since my feet fatigue trying to hold the right position all day. The first day I used these, my feet felt great again, and I could wear my regular sneakers, instead of the terrible orthopedic shoes I’ve been wearing to relieve the pressure. For what these do, the price point is great!

I will note that I learned how to correct my issue and the correct foot position from my physical therapist BEFORE I used these inserts. That’s a critical part of using these inserts to the best of their ability.

    Not for sensitive wearers

I have chronic low-back pain and sciatica. My back can tell if I have good orthodics in after only a day of wearing them. I currently have a set from Good Feet that is about 10 years old. I wanted to get another pair but they are over $400!! That is crazy for a pair of orthodics! So I have been trying different lower-priced brands and so far have not been successful. This one by Corefit seemed like a great idea because you put them in boiling water to soften them up then they custom mold to your foot. I thought “$50 instead of $400 is worth the try” and I followed the directions exactly and wore them for almost a month. After the first week my back starting hurting, but I thought it was maybe that I wasn’t doing my stretches right, so I got a massage, stretched out every day and the pain kept coming stronger. By the third week I knew it couldn’t be anything else except these new orthodics, so I switched back to my Good Feet brand and the pain was gone in a few days. I REALLY wished these would have worked. I really don’t want to pay $400 for another pair!! But if you need your orthodics like I do, unfortunately I don’t think you’ll find what you need in these.

So we bought this because my feet really hurts cuz my work requires me to be standing and walking most of the time. I’ve tried different brand and style but my feet still hurts. I saw this product and bought it, at first i was confused cuz it’s hard and not very comfortable! but i haven’t read the directions yet. First you Dip in boiling water for 15-20 seconds, use tongs to remove. Grip from toe area. (If insoles become “misshapen” by tongs, simply re-boil and start over.) Allow to cool until comfortable to the touch. With sock on foot, place insole in position beneath foot & use fingers to mold insole to your foot, paying particular attention to the longitudinal and metatarsal arch areas. When the insole has cooled, it is then ready to be placed in shoe and worn. It works pretty well this is the one i’ve been using. I am very satisfied with this product.

I liked these inserts enough to buy a second pair. My insteps are very high and regular off the self inserts do not provide enough support. Since these are moldable, I shaped them to my feet. They are comfortable and provide the needed support.

Decrease the pain of everyday walking

These orthotics have definitely improved the pain in my foot. I was hoping that after a month of wearing them that the fasciitis pain would have healed but it is still there. They are not a cure but they have definitely improved my ability to walk with significantly less pain.

    Worked great!

I have plantar fasciitis and these worked great for me. If I got these through the foot doctor, they were going to cost me $400 since insurance wouldn’t pay for them. My daughter has the ones from the foot doctor and they were not better than these and were molded the same way as these. I recommend them to anyone having this problem with their feet.

    Better that RX insoles .

I have end stage plantar fasciitis, I went to physical therapy for it android the podiatrist. I bought custom made insoles from my podiatrist. The pair that I bought from my podiatrist has very similar sole in it , gray hard plastic . However, my RX insole became intolerable because it has a hill , the hill supposedly helps stretch plantar facia . It might be stretching it , but it also hurts my forefoot and my toes burn in pain . I ordered this moldable insoles and I am very happy . I can’t wear them just by themselves , I bought gel insoles from the pharmacy, plain old Dr Sholles insoles and I use them both together , hard plastic moldable soles underneath gel insoles. It is cheaper than RX insoles and they don’t hurt my feet . I highly recommend them , I bought three pairs as of today, I am planning to buy more , so I can wear comfortably all my shoes .

    These are AMAZING!

I have worn orthodics for many years, costing 200.00 – 300.00 for a set! I purchased these orthodics about a week ago. And upon following the directions given on how to mold them to your feet and was amazed at how great they felt. (Just as good as the more expensive but without the cost) I did have to do the right foot one a second time…not sure why, but it just did not feel right the next day. I mostly wear justin boots and they fit in there perfectly.(pull on boots) I have had severe plantersfasciitis & heal pain for a while ( my orthodics just didnt seem to be doing the job any more)and in the week after wearing these orthodics I have very little pain…..I have very high arches and I do a lot of walking on concrete floors, and wearing the core fit moldables, my feet seem to get better every day! And the great thing is….if they dont feel quite right I can just remold them over and over and with this product being so affordable I plan on ordering a couple more in the very near future

    Corefit magic

I was a bit wary of buying such an expensive item and not knowing if it would work. I have followed the instructions and have been wearing them in my shoes for a few days and the difference is amazing. Relief at last. .I have plantar faciitis and hear spur and the pain from the plantar was affecting a knee. This has all started to abate and I am hopeful that with exercise and the insoles I will make a good recovery. Thank you. I am so glad I took a chance. they are what they say on the label. Brilliant!

I’ve tried a lot of inserts for my shoes having had planter fascitis on and off for years. OK these are more expensive but they are really helping. The ones similar offered by the clinic were 10 times the cost. This is a voluntary reference — no payment — just much relieved.

Supporting my feet, easing the pain

I have high arches and metatarsal pain. I have tried many different kinds of orthotics and was nervous of spending so much money on products that really didn’t help. I think the best benefit of these insoles is that you can shape them to your foot. They are easy and quick to mold. I do find that they lose the shape eventually and the support sags, but they are so easy to re-shape them to what you need. This is great when both feet have different arch height needs. I find that if I place a smaller support or piece of material underneath the middle of the orthotic, it will hold its shape longer. Either way, my pain lessened and they were well worth buying these.

    :

Take them out (with tongs) and let them cool a little and then form them to your feet

Just as advertised. You just boil some water and put the Orthotics in the boiling water for a minute. Take them out (with tongs) and let them cool a little and then form them to your feet. They cool down pretty quickly and you can wear them the same day. They are a lot more comfortable than most of the custom made Orthotics that I’ve bought in the past and cost a lot less. I read some reviews on these Orthotics and the only thing most people didn’t like about them is that since they are only 3/4 length of the shoe they slide around in your shoe. I had some small square Velcro pieces that I placed on the insole and one on the shoe and that keeps them from sliding around in the shoe. I really enjoy the product and even though I just recently bought them, I’m thinking about buying another pair. Keep up the good work.

… high end orthotics including some expensive one from the good feet store which I could not get used to

I have tried several high end orthotics including some expensive one from the good feet store which I could not get used to. These are close to the same dimensions as the others but being able to custom fit them to my foot makes all the difference. It took me two tries to get them where I liked them but have been wearing them ever since. Custom fitting them is as simple as boiling them in water for a 60 seconds letting them cool for 30 and press them into your foot forming them so they won’t pinch. I would suggest them to others and will be buying more for myself to fit into other shoes so I don’ have to move them back and forth between my other shoes.

    Great Orthotic Option

Insurance would not cover new custom orthotics which were going to run about $400. I thought I would try this option first. It took me a few “passes” to get the orthotics fine tuned. However, it is quite easy to drop them in boiling water, return them to their original state, and then remold them to your feet. They are a bit heavier than my previous custom orthotics and are a bit noisy in various shoes, but the bottom line is that they have vastly improved my plantar fasciitis condition in the left foot.

    Because I have high arches

I tried many inserts for severe plantar fascitis before a nephew had me try Walk Fit. Because I have high arches I really needed the firm support those offered and they are a great option (I thought they were miraculous the first time I wore them) but the interchangeable arch supports cause a slightly uneven surface . These moldable inserts are significantly more confortable if I am not wearing socks and I think they also as helpful as the Walk Fit. (though obviously more costly)

    a better arch support

These are the best arch supports that i have found so far. The first ones i had were too rigid and were full length. These Corefit arch supports can be remolded when needed as your foot changes. I have found them to help a lot with my knees and feet.

Not as helpful as they seem

They are extremely difficult to mold. I work on concrete floors for 8+ hours a day and these don’t offer any relief because the material is so hard. However, I have very high arches and these do offer a little support once they are finally molded. Unfortunately, these did not help my foot pain any more than the cheaper insoles found in the grocery store.

    Work great

I have foot pain from being on my feet a lot. I saw these and I was a little sceptical that they would work.

I am a size 8.5 and I bought the size 9 works perfectly. They are hard plastic when they come to you, and are very easy to use, you need to immerse them in boiling water for 15 seconds. Use tongues to take them out and place them on the counter. Wait about 30-45 seconds until they are not too hot to touch. Put them on the floor and follow the instructions to form them.

These have actually helped my foot pain and are comfortable to wear. My foot pain is not gone, but it is reduced by quite a bit.

If you make a mistake when forming them, or if you want to reform them, you just need to follow the same steps. I am able to fit them easily into my shoes as well. Also, they are easy to take out and put in another pair of shoes.

Either way, my pain lessened and they were well worth the price.I’ve tried every insole out there, including big names like Superfeet and Sole. These are the only ones that have helped my foot problems. Those other products are good but simply don’t offer the support that these hard plastic inserts do, especially with my super-high arches. The molidng process was simple, fast, and it really works. and last thing this price very low if u compere with your pain than nothing we have have to think bcoz its work perfactly. my pain is last 1 year and its no more after i goth this ans start wereing only 2 week its magic .hey i don’t know who u r seller but i want to give then specially thank you for help me u r a god .i save my foot. m alwyes respact you now u r my best seller . when u get a chance and seller read this my msg.. so please tell them contact me my email krunaltailor7@gmail.com bcoz u the best seller now .m going to tell every dr and m put for u in news paper also my comment .. so people can buy from you and no more pain i call Corefit magic insole

I got these to help with aching ankles. I do not have heel pain. These inserts have helped relieve the pain I woke up with, although it is starting to come back so I think I need to reshape the inserts as my foot shape changes as I wear these. I believe its been over a month since I started wearing them. I use these in my work boots (hiking boots) and I’m on my feet for 10 hours at work. I also use these to hike in and a few times I’ve had a sore spot near the ball of my foot from where the insert ends. But 98% of the time I dont notice them at all. I was worried the hard insert might hurt my foot, but that has not been an issue. This has been a great product for me and is one I would recommend.

The are AMAZING…Just Can’t Believe How Great They Are

A little about my situation. I have two different sized feet. Not a little bit different, a LOT (2-1/2 sizes), so I have to buy 2 pairs of shoes. In addition, one of my feet has a SUPER high arch and here is where the real problem begins. Because of the arch situation, the ball of my foot takes a beating and causes me horrible pain. I’ve been to a surgeon and decided before trying surgery (upon his recommendation) to go the route of seeing an prosthesis center and having an insert custom made. These cost about $300…and they worked. For the first time in my life I had no pain. But they were $300 and I didn’t want to spend that for every pair of shoes. I mean, these were custom fitted to one pair of my shoes and couldn’t be moved to others.

I was poking around on Amazon recently and ran across these. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. HOLY WOW…they work! I got a pot of water boiling, pulled up a chair and set about shaping them to my feet. (Incidentally….I bought ONE pair and was able to use for both feet!!! Extra YAY!). A tip that worked for me: form them to your feet, paying special attention to the arches. Let them set up a little bit but while they are still only slightly moldable, put them on the floor and place your foot on them. This helps you see where you may need to “flatten” them out under the ball of your foot, etc. Then, let them cool. Honestly, it took a few tries to get them the way I needed but I can say that they are EVERY bit as comfortable as my $300 inserts.

Once cooled, I pulled the current inserts out of my shoes, placed these under, and then replaced the stock inserts on top. Some people may not need to do this, but it’s what worked best or me.

Because of Orthotics, I’m able to wear my running shoes literally all day now. This is truly astonishing to me as I usually couldn’t tolerate them for more than an hour or two. Now I put them on and don’t take them off until the end of the day.My feet are more comfortable with my shoes and inserts than without!

So, from the bottom of my heart, Corefit…thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙂

Time will tell but so far so good.
It took a while to get the fit just right. For some reason my left foot took 4 or more fittings but eventually after several attempts I think I got it. Thus far I have worn this for about 8 days and I have gone for several 1.5 mile walks. No issues with my plantar faciitis. I am a little league umpire so the real test will be this spring. All that said in the past I have used custom orthotics which while expensive work very well. So far so good with these.

    :

What makes this an ideal product is the ability to custom mold the insert over and over until it fits your foot perfectly. you may not get it right the first time or the second but eventually you can tweak by just putting portions of the insert in boiling water it in different areas customizing it to a perfect fit. you can even cut it and sand it on the edges if necessary like I had to because the sides we just a little too high.

Corefit looked like a cheaper alternative so I bought a pair and …

I had custom inserts for 20 years until a lab puppy got hold of one. During those 20 years I had very few occasions of heel discomfort. While planning to get new ones I experienced significant heel pain in one heel. New custom inserts are $300 – $400 so I was looking for something cheaper. Corefit looked like a cheaper alternative so I bought a pair and molded them to my feet. It’s been 2 weeks and my heel pain is moderating from severe to a dull pain. I expect another week for it to fully subside.

The Corefit inserts feel like my custom ones although without the heel and leather covering. It will be some time to see if they are a true replacement for custom inserts. They were easy to fit. My only complaint is that the instructions are in “mice” type requiring a magnifying glass to read. Since many who will buy these are older they could “spill a little ink” and make more readable.

    Awesome find!!!

Best money I have spent in a long time. My feet feel wonderful- I took them to my Dr.- and she fully approved. She even wrote the name down to share with other patients!
I had stopped in at the Good Feet store- and they wanted $900 for three sets of insoles. Such a rip off!
I plan on buying a second pair so that I don’t have to keep changing them from shoe to shoe.
They are a miracle- thanks so much!!!!

    These Orthotics really helped me.

I would like to give a little background about my situation. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. In addition, both of my feet have pronation and the arches tends to be lower than normal my feet are always sore. I’ve been to a doctor and surgeon and decided after hearing about surgical relief (if you can put up with several months of recovery), before trying surgery (upon his recommendation) I decided to go the route of seeing a foot center and having custom made inserts. The cost about $450, I found that they were able to give relief and they worked. These however were custom fitted to one style of shoe, the leather dress shoe that I wore for work, and I didn’t want to haveto spend that for each styleof shoes. Being some what custom, I would not be able to use them on sneakers.

So for many years I have been getting inserts from Amazon, and I have found a couple of different kinds that help with these type of soft shoe. Poking around on Amazon in the suggested items recently and ran across these. I did read the reviews and decided to give them a try. LET ME TELL YOU…they really work! When I first got them, I could not believe how hard these babies were! So I read the instructions, prepared a pot of boiling water, got a chair and prepared to start shaping them to my feet. I found this tip that worked for me: in forming them to your feet, paying special attention to the arches (important for PF sufferers), I used a small towel to wrap around my arch area, while they cooled. And resist squeezing them (this will cause the arch area to be too narrow and they will hurt). With the small towel still wrapped around the mould, put your foot down on the floor and put some pressure while it finishes cooling foot on them. This helps you get a better fit to your foot, took me a couple of tries, but the experimentation paid off. Then, let them cool, slip them in the sneakers and they feel like you are standing on a couple of bricks…Ouch!. It then occurred to me that I need to slip the original insert over the Corefit insert and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! It took a several tries to get them exactly the way I wanted, but now I can say that they are more comfortable as my other inserts.

Because of the Corefit Orthotics insert, I can wear all my running shoes all day now. Then switch the orthotics to any shoe I need to wear, this is truly astonishing to me as I usually couldn’t get this level of comfort from the other styles of orthotics. Now I put them on and don’t take them off until the end of the day. My feet are more comfortable in my shoes and they seem to be much better when I am not using them. They may be helping to correct the FP condition, I certainly hope so!!!!

So, I world humbly say thank you, Corefit for a product that has helped me get a great level of relief from the pain I have endured for so long…thank you.

My Podiatrist said they were the best money I could have spent

I bought these while waiting to get an appointment with a podiatrist. I cannot say that they made my plantar fasciitis pain feel any better, but they did seem to offer support that some of my shoes did not give.
When I finally saw the podiatrist for more extensive treatment and evaluation, I showed him the Corefit orthotics and he was amazed! That is no overstatement. He held them up to my foot and said that he would not expect professionally-fit orthotics to fit any better or provide any more help. He said that in trying to get relief before seeing him, these orthotics were the best investment I could have made.
Of course, they could not do for me what he could do in the office (shots and stuff). However, when I asked about getting custom orthotics in the future, he said that I would just be paying ten times as much for something that would probably not be an improvement over the Corefit.

    Outstanding Value

The product is outstanding. And, when I called them for some help they delivered with good recommendations. I am very pleased. The orthotic provides excellent arch support for both the longitudinal and the metatarsal arches. My problem has been planter fascitus and these orthotics have alleviated symptoms!

    Very Happy Feet

I’ve been a plantar fascitis and flat feet for years. This is the first support that provides elements to help both problems. The heel support has eliminated 98% of the plantar fasciitis pain (only get it after more than 10 hours on my feet). The metatarsal support is good – I wish it were a bit higher – and provides sufficient support so my feet don’t ache at the end of the day. I would buy them again – and may get a second pair so I don’t have to swap among shoes.

    Best Orthotic I’ve tried

Best orthotic insert that I have tried. No problem getting it molded to fit my foot and inserts easily into any shoe without changing the shoe size. Other orthotic inserts I’ve tried pushed my foot forward in the shoe which pushed my toes into the toe of the shoe making the shoes uncomfortable.

Easy to mold to my foot

Easy to mold to my foot. I still gave each one three tries and they got better, each time. I can feel the support in my shoes, and that’s a plus. I want my foot issues to magically disappear, but they won’t. I can’t give a HELL YES on these b/c I don’t know if they’re helping b/c my feet still ache. I think I’m still working through the brunt of what works vs. what doesn’t. I wouldn’t to deter anyone from buying something that could really help them. I’m just not sure what works for me and what doesn’t.

Don’t think they’ll work for me

I’m concerned about the proper fitting technique. I tried them in my cycling shoes and the stretched the sides of the shoes causing them to dig into the arch and side of my feet. Don’t want to put them in the hot water if they are not going to fit inside the shoe any better and particularly if they will continue to hurt my feet. Will likely have to return them.

I am very impressed with how the orthotics can be molded to my feet. I am giving the healing process some time and vow to stay with the program of using the orthotics all the time.

A pair of inserts that worked for me!

Bought these inserts about 2 weeks ago and I waited to review them after wearing them for a week. I had no trouble molding them to my feet. I reshaped the right one a second time because it did not feel as good as my left one. No problem molding them.

I am a very active older woman who has always been active. I never had foot problems until the past 6 months. I needed to find something that helped me continue being active.

I walk 18 holes of golf around 4 to 5 times per week. I wear them all the time in my golf shoes, and in other shoes when not golfing. Also, I do daily foot exercises that I was given by my podiatrist and I found a few more off the Internet. All of this has help immensely. I still have some pain in my right foot hurts in the evening but I can get out of bed pain free in the AM.

I have found these inserts very helpful. These inserts have helped more than any other insert I have tried. Thanks!

SURVIVED Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown settlement, and Yorktown settlement for Spring Break with wife and kids.

Have spent past week exploring Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown settlement, and Yorktown settlement for Spring Break with wife and kids. Dreaded the thought before leaving as I have been suffering extreme pain in both heels, just getting out of bed in morning and hobbling in pain due to heel pain. Overpronation due to weight. Now in my 50’s my arches are having difficulty supporting my 300lbs weight. Between wearing Pinnacle insoles and these CoreFit Moldables I made it through whole week of walking. Heel pain in both feet actually been getting better each day. Did not receive the Corefit until night before leaving, molded them just before leaving. Without them I would not made it more than 10 min, before stabbing pain in heel would have forced me to collapse into a chair. I am amazed how a piece of molded plastic is distributing my weight across entire arch and heel and keeping arch bones from flattening. Yes, the custom molding is the key. Remember you can re-mold as often as you need until you get it right. The video on corefit website is critical to getting a proper fit. THANK YOU!!

I have had plantar fascitus for about 6 months now. Getting so bad I can only walk 1 mile compared to my 10 mile treks on the weekends.
It feels just line a bone spur. So I just got the Corefit last night (one day Prime delivery). Put them in the water and fitted them to my socking feet. Had to do it twice because I “over cripped” one side on right foot that has the problem. When done I put them in my tennis shoes (old ones that I didn’t mind ripping out foot pad). They felt WONDERFUL.

Today I have worn them the whole day. All the pain is gone!!!! Foot still sensitive to all the pain from before, but there is no new sensation of having a spur jabbing into my heel. Only time will tell if this works on a continuing basis. I go to the pediatrist next week for a foot checkup. I am hoping I can rule out getting one of his $350 inserts that take 3 weeks to be delivered. Anyway, I am thrilled at how quickly I can walk without pain.

So I got these the other night ( have worn orthotics before but several years ago…) I got em outta the box, had a look, thought I’d give em a try as is before trying to boil and shape em to my feet… I was not very happy with the fit at first, however after removing them and realizing I’d put the one for the right foot into the left shoe & vice versa and righting the problem I have to say I’m noticing a much more comfortable stride…lol at the end of the day my feet are far less sore. will update when i give em a try in my other shoes I got the men’s size 9, I may try a size 10 to see if there is a better fit I have odd feet for a man.

    Easy to set. Feel great!

so far so good. I was hesitant to buy an insert that had to be heated up and formed as I have had difficulty with such things in the past. But unlike other formable inserts you don’t need a heat gun, you simply use a boiling pot of water instead.
The inserts seem to be biased on the too-much-support side when you take them out of the package, so when you boil them and shape them to your foot you are generally flattening things down, which in my opinion is a good thing.

I plan to buy several more pairs of these.

Why Spend $1200.00 on Orthotics at the Chain Store When These are Just as Good? I LOVE Them!

I finally realized my bruised feet were instead the unwelcome pain of plantar fasciitis. So I went to the national chain store that everyone hears the commercials for..”Go to the Good $$$$ Store”. After more of a sales pitch than anything else I realized that $1200 is more than I am willing or able to spend. I did learn a bit about the foot pain and during my research I found these sweet merciful orthotics. So the deal with these and some of the not so happy reviews are two fold. One is orthotics will not make the pain go away instantly. You need to wear them a few hours a day to get your feet use to them after all if you are looking at orthotics..your feet are already sore so don’t make them worse by forcing them to mold in form they have never had to be in before. Give it at least a week of wearing only half a day. The other trick is buy a cushioned quality insole and place it above the orthotic. So take out the insole in your shoe…put the orthotic in, then place the brand new insole on top. It will feel strange for about 20 minutes and then no problem. After a week your feet will love your again and your bank account will love you even more for not spending $1200 on the exact same thing.

    They actually work !!!

These champions changed my life. I got a new mattress and that helped but didn’t cure my back pain, and these have done the rest! Obviously standing all day for work is hard on anyone’s body, but I have high arches and even though I’m young, my foot and back pain were outrageous before these inserts. With these inserts, standing is still hard but it’s a world of difference and I feel like a new person. The molding process is very straightforward and obviously if it’s not perfect, you can just do it again.
The only “drawbacks” are that 1) they don’t fit well in shoes like streamlined flats 2) they squeak in plastic shoes and cornstarch didn’t work AT ALL to fix it for me 3) they are hard, not gel-like (duh) so I’ve tried putting them in shoes with good bounce/cushion and that helps a lot.

    Worth it.

I work in retail management and am on my feet 9+ hours every day. Years of this had caused severe back, leg and foot pain, I would go to sleep and wake up in agony every day. I have insanely high arches, I could never find pre-made inserts that would give me enough support. I bought these after reading the reviews, and they are absolutely WORTH IT for me. I noticed a difference the very first day I wore them, I did not have the same kind of foot pain that I had previously experienced. I had about two weeks where my leg muscles had to be “re-trained” because I was now actually walking CORRECTLY, so my legs were extremely sore in the beginning. Once I got through that adjustment period I have been in so much less pain than I had previously. The insoles are easy for me to switch from shoe to shoe, but they are very inflexible so shoes that have a small heel on them aren’t the best for these insoles, other than that they are great.

These are great orthotics for money I would give them five stars except for one thing , rather minor really. The instructions on how to fit into your feet are somewhat unclear. When they talk of sitting down and crossing your legs, they really mean- doing one insole of the time, in a seated position place your foot on your knees so that you can press the heated insole against your bottom , molding it to your foot until it cools. Repeat with the other foot. I would definitely recommend them . I immediately bought a pair for my wife.

Excellent…. my feet have been wanting these….

These are not for slip on boots or shoes. Tried that. Doesn’t work. Boot is too tight. Will update this when I buy a pair of lace up work boots tomorrow. I can tell, they feel great. Just what I need.
I developed a spot on the outside edge of my foot. It is calloused. It causes severe pain. Especially when driving. Not much pressure. I drive at work.
Included pictures. Love how these molded around that. The best part is that I can remold these if I get rid of that spot.

I’m a person who always depended on strengthening my feet. Any problem could be solved. Have run three marathons in my life. I had a bad accident, two years ago. My spine twisted. Bad at the bottom of the spine. Caused severe pain in lower back and legs. I’ve rested so much. My feet are going bad. Also listened to a chiropractor who wanted me to wear inserts. They weren’t wide enough. That’s how I developed that spot on the outside of my foot. Foot hung over the insert. I’ve also gotten to where I’m getting pain in the arch. Others, to deal with like metatarsal extension. So I had to do something. I decided to try these. Initial impression is I’m glad I did.
I have been digging with my heel to stop pain in my feet. These are giving my heel that position. I have rather flat feet. Will work into these with precaution. Develop my feet for them. They feel like my feet have been begging for them.
Other things that work good for me. Have a pair of small arch support pads for barefoot in the house. Five Fingers work out pretty darn good. Except with the arch pain creeping up now. Negative heel shoes work out well. I also have started working with magnesium. A book on amazon about it. Have already begun making good progress with magnesium. Am soaking my feet in epsom salt right now. These inserts are mainly for my work boots. I spend alot of time in those boots.
EDIT: I did get the new work boots today. Geesh… $186 for a good pair of Irish Setters. They work good with or without the Orthotics. I do need to work a little on that one spot in the Orthotics. After a while I’ll touch there. Also fear molding it too much will result in it breaking. So my plan is to work back and forth.
I wore those same shoes in my picture to the store. Ended up wearing the Orthotics in them when I left. So my rule of not working in slip on is limited to stronger shoes/boots. I’m really liking these Orthotics. Never had any before. Didn’t want them. They’re wonderful. I find myself standing on my heels. Standing straighter. A good roll to stepping now. Am very glad I bought these.
Didn’t have any pain driving home from the store. May seem stupid that is amongst my worst pain. But for me it’s true. Feet just sitting there. Loving these.
I need to face the fact that amongst other problems. I’m facing Plantar Fascitis.
At least now, I can get out and work my feet/legs. Rehabilitate them. Get stronger again.

have a set of $400 podiatrist-fitted orthotics which finally wore out, bringing back plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I’ve tried a number off-the-shelf inserts; none cured fasciitis. Reluctant to shell out for another expensive set of orthotics, I searched “orthotics” in Amazon and was surprised to find these. Not cheap, but a lot less than the custom product, so I ordered a pair. Good decision. I’ve been wearing these for a couple weeks and fasciitis is now gone. In my initial review, I noted that I continued to tape up my feet and do stretching exercises before running but this is no longer the case: no tape, no stretching, problem solved. Bought 3 more pair a week later so I’d have these in all my shoes without having to swap them out every time I change shoes. Very pleased with this purchase.

If thats your problem I highly recommend. Because of its custom fitting procedure

Tried many inserts and orthotics in my life (58yrs) and finally found one that works and is well worth the cost. I have collapsed Metatarsals ( where your toes connect to your feet) not arch or any other problems. That little hump at the front is what supports it and it works and is in the right spot!! If thats your problem I highly recommend. Because of its custom fitting procedure, it probably works for arches and gives true heal cupping/support!

I order 2 pairs and so glad I did

was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by my primary Doctor. My feet, especially my heels were constantly burning. I went on Amazon and saw the Corefit Orthotics and read the reviews which were favorable. It also said “These are the same firm, mold able orthotics we supply to podiatrists to relieve the pain associated with plantar fasciitis, heel spur, flat feet & high arch ailments”. I order 2 pairs and so glad I did. (One for my work shoes and one for my sneakers). I felt an immediate improvement within 24-48 hours of wearing them as they gave me the support I needed. The burning has subsided significantly. I followed up with my podiatrists who confirmed that I had both plantar fasciitis from walking my dog so much (averaging 5-6miles daily) and having high arches. I showed him the Corefit orthotics and he was very impressed with them as he said that he sells orthotics in his office and these look very good. The Corefit were easy to mold – in boiling water for 1 minute and then mold to your feet while wearing socks. The instructions were very clear and easy to do (my husband helped me to mold them to my feet and got it done on the first time). I am extremely happy with the Corefit orthotics, my feet have improved significantly and I did not have to pay hundreds of dollars for doctor visits and their orthotics. I definately recommend them to anyone who has feet issues like I have had.

Great product, a very satisfied customer!

Was somewhat speptical about a device with a hard surface being comfortable to wear, but because the pressure is distributed so evenly on the bottom of your feet, as opposed to small pressure points, they are very comfortable to wear. I would now be willing to pay more for them if I had to.

    Pain is gone!

I have a fallen arch on my right foot with tibial tendonitis. I LOVE to walk and used to do 10,000 plus steps a day easily but this flat foot was making walking so painful that I was lucky to get 4,000 steps in and then was still in pain. I got these orthotics two days ago and my foot/ankle pain is gone. I’m back to 10,000 steps easily. Don’t spend hundreds on custom made orthotics when these do the job!

    Good insoles

It’s a good product. My only complaint is the same as many other customers have had: The online video doesn’t actually show them boil the insoles so the demonstration leaves much to be desired. I boiled them once and molded them to my feet but it didn’t mold as much as it should have, so I tried it a second time, this time, as one reviewer had suggested, I put them in the shoes and put my foot in after boiling. This molded them too much and left them almost completely flat (no arch). My third effort seems to have made an adequate arch mold and they are pretty comfortable now. I may actually buy a second pair now that I’m more familiar with the process of molding them.

These orthotics are the best there is for flat feet, and probably other problems of the foot, you mold them yourselves to your feet as the instructions state, and in my opinion they are much better than if you go to a foot doctor and have him make a mold of your feet and than send it to a orthotic lab, they have a deep heel cup and they surround the arch part of your feet, holding your arch in place, also very comfortable, the best there is,a honest review from michael

    Unprecedented customer service

Although I had hoped to improve my flat, flipper-shaped feet, they were far too damaged and deformed to tolerate orthotics.
In the end I gratefully accepted a prompt refund from Corefit regretting that I had waited too long to try the orthotics which could have prevented the permanent podiatric collapse.

    Great inserts

Was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis about a year ago, and have tried numerous brands and styles of inserts. Finally bit the bullet and tried these more expensive, moldable Corefit inserts and have worn in select shoes for several months now. They are thin and rigid but quite comfortable. Since the flat mules/slides I used to wear are off limits now, I have been wearing in my flat, unsupportive Anne Klein slip on shoes that are similar but have a heel. I wear these in the summer without socks. The orthotics tend to stick to my feet and make a slight squeaky sound but I read that you can use baby powder to prevent this. I have not bothered, as I don’t want my feet to slip around in the shoes any more than they do now and the noise is not that noticeable. They are also easy to rinse clean under the faucet and pop back in the shoe. I would recommend. I have tried Superfeet and Powerfeet, both are fine for me but these are more of a custom fit as I have high arches. These can be worn with heels. The key is to have enough room in the shoe and the back of the heel must be high/substantial enough to hide the insert.

Molding them to my feet was really easy. They looked a little funky with a couple …

I waited to write a review until I had worn these for a week or two. Molding them to my feet was really easy. They looked a little funky with a couple of wrinkles on my instep but they felt fine in my shoes. So far I have worn them 2 weeks, and I like them I have worn about every insole there is ( Dr. Shoals, infomercial brand, you name it) . So I know I like a harder insert for my feet, the soft ones like Dr. Shoals seem to disappear in your shoes after a couple of hours. These I feel the support all day and I like that. I’m not giving them 5 stars yet, they are alittle slippery in your shoes. I guess thats were a lot of people complain about squeaking. No squeaking here. But I do think with these you have to make them your own with a little tweaking here and there. I’ll let you know.

Excellent product for those who like a metatarsal arch

These orthotics weren’t for me, but for the right person they are excellent. They have good arch support right out of the box and the longitudinal arches are easily heat molded for a custom fit The reason they aren’t for me is that the metatarsal arch is fixed, and it was too high for me. However, most people would be fine with it. Customer service from the company was excellent. I would recommend giving them a try because they do honor the money back guarantee. I just wish they had another model without the metatarsal bump

Fixed my feet, better than anything I have ever tried!

Amazing… purely amazing! I have had so many inserts that feel good for a day or two then just feel like nothing. I was nervous of a hard insert but it was worth it. They are amazing because they are molded to fit you exactly and provide the right support. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because since I’ve had it I have had to re-mold it twice (not really a big deal) but it seems as if every so often they need a tune up in shape to continue providing the support. (At least in my case anyway.) Still worth getting without a doubt.

    • (verified owner):

      Hi William,

A solution to this issue is on both our website, Amazon listing and in our product packaging:

NOTE: If your inserts ever “squeak” while being worn (common for orthotic inserts) simply do the following:

Select a foot or body powder. Several types of powder can be used to stop your orthotics from squeaking.
Remove the orthotic insert from your shoe.
Sprinkle the powder inside your shoe and on the orthotic insert.
      Rub the powder in.
      Re-insert the orthotic insert.

Best wishes in your search for foot pain relief,

    Very good support!

Very easy to form and surprisingly they worked! They feel hard when you get them so it didn’t look like they would be comfortable at all, but they are wonderful. I haven’t found any supports that are high enough to support my arches except for these. I wore out my custom made full length insoles, these are to replace them. I plan to buy more as needed!

Corefit Self Moldable Custom Orthotic Supports

Trust that these are exactly the same ones that you will receive at THE FOOT STORE (along with several other softer ones) to the tune of $800.00 plus which is not covered by insurance). The price of these may seem high but if you are suffering from the pain you will be very pleased with the results; just have a little patience and use them in a good support shoe. So glad they are offered on Amazon and recommend them as I had spent $100.00 on so many other products out there with no relief or results.

I’d drive over a mountain pass for these arch supports!

These are the best value over-the-counter Ortohotics I have found for flat feet, and I have tried many. They are as described and most closely resemble those molded by a podiatrist but at a fraction of the cost. I appreciate the stability more than pliable supports such as Walkfit. I purchased the Corefit orthotics about a year ago and found the directions easy to follow and the molding to tweak the width helpful. I have used them virtually everyday since, primarily in dress shoes and running shoes, and have not used my other arch supports since. I realized how much I appreciated the Corefit Orthotics when I accidently left them at our cabin (when wearing sandals) a few days ago and my initial thought was to drive back to get them — that is, drive an hour and a half each direction over a mountain pass to retrieve my arch supports for the work week. My wife suggested that I simply buy another pair since I have enjoyed them so much and having a second pair would likely be helpful. They were on sale at Amazon and with overnight shipping I had them the next day. My original pair are still in excellent shape and will certainly last a long time in rotation with my new pair. Great value for the price!

I was so excited to receive this product. I really thought it was going to help me with my foot pain. Since receiving it I molded it 3 times and then gave to to my son that also uses orthotics. He couldn’t use it either. We both concur, they are very uncomfortable. They tend to jab your foot and press too hard on the arch. It gave me more pain than what I normally experience. 2 stars because they are moldeable. Great concept not usable for me.

They work great, firm thermoplastic that molds well to the foot, giving great support. I boiled mine slightly longer than instructed, and also used an ace wrap to very tightly press them to the bottom of my foot to truly fill my high arches. Worked like a charm if you can stand the heat while it cools. Has since maintained shape without issue
