CorefitCustom.com ships via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail to continental U.S. addresses, Hawaii and Alaska.

US Shipping is FREE for all orders $59+

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on six days a week (Monday – Saturday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

When you place an order on CorefitCustom.com, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you another email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping
Orders placed by 5 PM EST via Standard Shipping are usually delivered within 3-6 business days from the order’s ship date. Most Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Expedited Shipping
We also offer USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) for a $12.50 flat rate. The order will be shipped on the day it is placed prior to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday (excluding Holidays*). Expedited orders placed after 5:00PM EST will be shipped next business day.

*Observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

LOST or STOLEN SHIPMENTS: Upon confirmed delivery by USPS to the shipping address provided, Corefit Orthotics considers its delivery obligation fulfilled. We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for confirmed parcel deliveries which have been lost or stolen after delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Corefit Orthotics, and wish to return an item purchased on CorefitCustom.com, please call Customer Service toll free at (800) 672-4987 to initiate the process or contact us via our Contact Us page. Upon receipt of a Returns Authorization Number, simply return your purchase (with original packaging) within 30 days of purchase date. We will refund your purchase price* or replace your purchase (*less return processing fees) All refunds will be at the discretion of California Leather Jobbing Corp. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by CorefitCustom.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect.

We can only accept returns for products purchased at CorefitCustom.com and Amazon.com.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and a Return Processing Fee of $10 will be deducted.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Upon confirmed delivery by USPS to the shipping address provided, We considers Our delivery obligation fulfilled. We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for confirmed deliveries which have been lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
