These have helped dramatically! I still have pain but I wear these all day and they allow me to work (on my feet) all day. I put them on as soon as I get out of the shower and dress. I wear some foot sleeves/compression socks in the evening when I want a break from shoes. I stretch calves and use a nubby rubber ball to roll over as well. These orthotics are the most helpful though!
Absolutely great product. I was able to use them right out of the box, with no alteration needed. They recommend molding the orthotics to fit, but these appear to be just right for my feet. They are stiff, so some getting used to that is necessary, but the benefits are felt right away. I will be getting more units for mt other shoes.
Bought these about 9 months ago. From the very beginning it helped dramatically with my plantar fasciitis. I put them in every shoe I wear and can walk all day without pain. I even run and do triathlons in them. I almost bought essentially the same thing from a foot specialist for over $350. Glad I didn’t waste my cash. Fitting is easy. They can make your shoes squeak, but I found some baby powder takes care of that. Definitely worth the money.
I was dealing with plantar fasciitis for a few months. Awful pain. Went to podiatrist. Did exercises prescribed. Wore arch supporting orthotics ALL the time. Did not stop pain. I was NEVER comfortable. Every time I thought it was getting better, it came back strong. I saw these custom fit from Core fit. I shook my head because, why would they help at only 69.00. OMG— they help soooo much. Next day was better! Even my knee pain lessened. I’m ordering a second pair today to be able to keep in more shoes. Fairly easy to customize and knowing you can re-boil anytime and start fresh if they change. ( haven’t had to do that). Don’t delay like I did you will be glad you went for it.
I purchased these over 3 years ago & forgot to leave a review… These are by far the best orthotics that I’ve ever had. About 10 years ago I paid over $300 for a visit to a Podiatrist and orthotics ordered/prescribed by him — they didn’t have enough arch support and over time my foot pain returned. I tried several other types of ‘over the counter’ orthotics but none of them provided the proper fit/support that I needed. I finally found these from Corefit and they have worked really well! Very easy to adjust to just the right height of arch support and they have worked great for over 3 years. I did find that over time the heat and pressure from my foot would cause the arch to drop some, but I just put them in hot water again and remolded them to the height that I wanted and then I filled in underneath the support with a little RTV and let the orthotic sit on waxed paper while the RTV dried — that permanently fixed it and the arch hasn’t dropped since. I am very happy with these!
Several years ago I purchase my first pair of these after I had to go to a podiatrist that said to me “wow! You have amazingly high arches”! Who knew?!?!
Even before hearing that, I suffered from low back pain and had always used insoles in my tennis shoes. I used store-bought insoles because I’m on my feet “all day” at work and my feet felt tired and achy regardless of the shoes I wore. Store bought insoles helped a bit but never to the point of relief that I have now.
I bought these thinking it’s a little odd that you boil them but was in such pain, I was willing to try almost anything. Wow! What a difference they have made for me! I boil them for 5 minutes, and wearing a sock, I pull it out of the boiling hot water and using a dish towel I press it all over my foot to make it conform to MY foot. I leave them on the counter to dry and cool off overnight. The next morning they go back into my shoes and I’m ready to go again.
After some time (about every 2 to 3 months maybe??) they will start to squeak. That’s the signal that they are loosing the strength needed to support your weight and they need to be reboiled. I can’t count how many times I’ve boiled them and they are holding just as strong as when I got them. I have had a few instances where I didn’t have these insoles with me and had to do a lot of walking or standing. The pain was intense. From my knees to my low back. I had no idea how much having my arches supported would help my back but it’s amazing to feel the difference!
To me, the price seemed high for a pair of insoles, but at $15 – $20 for the store-bought kind, these will quickly pay for themselves, many times over. I even finally convinced my dad, the guy who I got my high arches from, to try a pair of these in his work shoes. At 79, he is on his feet all day (on concrete floors no less) at a big-box home improvement store and he loves them!
Try them! You won’t be disappointed!
I would like to give a little background about my situation. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. In addition, both of my feet have pronation and the arches tends to be lower than normal my feet are always sore. I’ve been to a doctor and surgeon and decided after hearing about surgical relief (if you can put up with several months of recovery), before trying surgery (upon his recommendation) I decided to go the route of seeing a foot center and having custom made inserts. The cost about $450, I found that they were able to give relief and they worked. These however were custom fitted to one style of shoe, the leather dress shoe that I wore for work, and I didn’t want to haveto spend that for each styleof shoes. Being some what custom, I would not be able to use them on sneakers.
So for many years I have been getting inserts from Amazon, and I have found a couple of different kinds that help with these type of soft shoe. I did read the reviews and decided to give them a try. LET ME TELL YOU…they really work! When I first got them, I could not believe how hard these babies were! So I read the instructions, prepared a pot of boiling water, got a chair and prepared to start shaping them to my feet. I found this tip that worked for me: in forming them to your feet, paying special attention to the arches (important for PF sufferers), I used a small towel to wrap around my arch area, while they cooled. And resist squeezing them (this will cause the arch area to be too narrow and they will hurt). With the small towel still wrapped around the mould, put your foot down on the floor and put some pressure while it finishes cooling foot on them. This helps you get a better fit to your foot, took me a couple of tries, but the experimentation paid off. Then, let them cool, slip them in the sneakers and they feel like you are standing on a couple of bricks…Ouch!. It then occurred to me that I need to slip the original insert over the Corefit insert and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! It took a several tries to get them exactly the way I wanted, but now I can say that they are more comfortable as my other inserts.
Because of the Corefit Orthotics insert, I can wear all my running shoes all day now. Then switch the orthotics to any shoe I need to wear, this is truly astonishing to me as I usually couldn’t get this level of comfort from the other styles of orthotics. Now I put them on and don’t take them off until the end of the day. My feet are more comfortable in my shoes and they seem to be much better when I am not using them. They may be helping to correct the FP condition, I certainly hope so!!!!
So, I world humbly say thank you, Corefit for a product that has helped me get a great level of relief from the pain I have endured for so long…thank you.

I was NEVER comfortable. Every time I thought it was getting better, it came back strong. I saw these custom fit from Core fit. I shook my head because, why would they help at only 59.00. OMG— they help soooo much. Next day was better! Even my knee pain lessened. I’m ordering a second pair today to be able to keep in more shoes. A little about my situation. I have two different sized feet. Not a little bit different, a LOT (2-1/2 sizes), so I have to buy 2 pairs of shoes. In addition, one of my feet has a SUPER high arch and here is where the real problem begins. Because of the arch situation, the ball of my foot takes a beating and causes me horrible pain. I’ve been to a surgeon and decided before trying surgery (upon his recommendation) to go the route of seeing an prosthesis center and having an insert custom made. These cost about $300…and they worked. For the first time in my life I had no pain. But they were $300 and I didn’t want to spend that for every pair of shoes. I mean, these were custom fitted to one pair of my shoes and couldn’t be moved to others.
I was poking around on Amazon recently and ran across these. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. HOLY WOW…they work! I got a pot of water boiling, pulled up a chair and set about shaping them to my feet. (Incidentally….I bought ONE pair and was able to use for both feet!!! Extra YAY!). A tip that worked for me: form them to your feet, paying special attention to the arches. Let them set up a little bit but while they are still only slightly moldable, put them on the floor and place your foot on them. This helps you see where you may need to “flatten” them out under the ball of your foot, etc. Then, let them cool. Honestly, it took a few tries to get them the way I needed but I can say that they are EVERY bit as comfortable as my $300 inserts.
Once cooled, I pulled the current inserts out of my shoes, placed these under, and then replaced the stock inserts on top. Some people may not need to do this, but it’s what worked best or me.
Because of Orthotics, I’m able to wear my running shoes literally all day now. This is truly astonishing to me as I usually couldn’t tolerate them for more than an hour or two. Now I put them on and don’t take them off until the end of the day.My feet are more comfortable with my shoes and inserts than without!
So, from the bottom of my heart, Corefit…thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙂
They take getting used to but they do work.
